Button that switches it to spray stopped working after less than three months of use.We love our Danze faucet. We have had the same product in the past. The company has great support and the quality is wonderfulbeen using faucet for 1 month now. Seems very solid and well built.Spray nozzle defective in both units.The sprayer function broke after 3 monthsBeautiful faucet with an incredibly sturdy and hefty feel that you would expect for this price range. I love the old style country farmhouse feel of this design. Unlike some of the other tall faucets we have used in the past, the sprayer actually stays in place! No more floppy sprayer or having to fiddle with it to get it to stick back in place. I deducted one star simply because of the pain in the butt nature of installing it. I've had newer style faucets that have an incredibly easy, top down style of install that doesn't require crawling under the sink with a screwdriver or wrench to tighten everything down like this one does. The instructions are easy to follow however and once you get everything snug and secure, I don't see needing to tighten or mess with this faucet for years to come! If you have big hands or aren't handy, you'll probably want to leave this install to a professional.sprayer button broke after a month, got a new one, that one broke after a few weeks, they sent a new faucet and the sprayer button doesn't work at all. Nice looking but they have a quality control issue.Actually bought this faucet in oil rubbed bronze over 10 years ago. It held up beautifully, but recently It started to leak and the faucet head had become corroded and the spray vs. stream button had broke. Called customer service and they sent a new sprayer head, handle and internal valve. It looks like a brand new faucet and stopped leaking! Install was a breeze. The Danze customer service and lifetime warranty are the absolute best. Would definitely recommend this faucet and company to everyone.
