this item is better than the expensive ones in the stores I had brought my first faucet from a major store but it had a plastic screw on piece that would not catch on the metal part to attach to sink. THIS ITEM has a METAL screw on piece that make it actually works better. I probably paid 200 for the old faucet. This one works better. I wish I had just found this first.The spray head began to leak a Couple of months ago. I also note that the nozzle will not stay in one mode completely. Spray mode has a steady stream of water in the middle and the mode button must be held for the steady stream mode to work effectively.This faucet looks very nice installed, and was easy to install as well. But the handle keeps coming loose n falling off.Works well and looks good. It does feel a little cheap but it’s a good value. The downside of this faucet is the instructions…they’re horrible, typos, and missing details for the installation.Item leaked horribly out of the box, replacement was a month away, i would love to wait a month to replace a defective item out of the box.. cancelled replacement getting my money back and going to stop water from dripping everywhereDo not waste your money!! Started leaking from the box that connects to the water line under the sink in less than a monthThis is such a great value. I have had it for about 4 months and I have had zero complaints or problems. It cost at least a quarter of what kitchen faucets typically go for and functions exactly the same. The water pressure is great and looks very modern. Best value I have found for my house so far.Works as described, easy install.Does not live up to the advertised description. Very poor water flow, approx 0.85 gmp through the spay head. Removing the sprayhead and the water flow increases to 1.3 gpm, still not the 1.8gpm advertised. Also the distant between the spray head and the base is only 8", not the 9" advertised. Not only does the kettle not fit under the sprayhead, it takes 3 times as long to fill. That`s progress in today`s world. Refitting the old faucet back as soon as the replacement parts arrive.A pretty good tap for the price. If your looking for a top of the line faucet ( this ain't it) so go spend 5 times as much and you can get one.What I can say about it is that it's not garbage, on has been working well. It does have one great thing about it, the faucet doesnt smudge badly from touching it with your grubby fingers...so that's cool.I remember when I was 10 my Nanny got us ( my brothers and I ) a Nintendo system with duck hunt and Mario brothers. We were so ecstatic that we sat around our 13" tv playing it for days on end. To feel that excitement again, I would give anything...except this tap!The faucet looks well made and sturdy. The package came with the adapters, which I didn't need as I was hooking it to a 3/8" line. During first few days there was a low humming which we were hearing at a certain flow and lever position, however that has stopped now, may be the cartridge got worked upon during opening and closing of valve. The pull down tube is woven and looks very rigid, almost all of the branded faucets are coming like this so it's not an issue considering you are getting this faucet around 1/2 the price of those ones. The retractable mechanism also works perfectly once you install the weight correctly by giving it some gravity to go back to its original position. Very happy with the purchase so far.Our kitchen faucet failed, we were looking for something that was a quick and easy install and fast shipping with similar features of our other one. With the pandemic our local stores do not allow instore shopping, plus a 2 to 3 day wait for curb side pickup. This faucet came with everything you need, plus has the braided flex lines built in which is a plus. Hose pull out is long enough to fill a wash pail on the floor. nozzle has a switch button for spray and a pause button as well. Very sturdy and well made. Impressed so far.
