I absolutely was thrilled when I opened the box and set everything up on my desk, but over the past several months of use I have to admit the functionality is lacking. The staples literally break in half and the stapler continually jams. The only way I can prevent jams is to make sure I don't pick it up while in use. The staple remover continually locks itself. The sliding pin that is used to lock it in a closed position is too loose and slides back and forth when in use which means its constantly locking itself.It’s so pretty and empowering!!
